By sending a Love2shop Contactless Gift Card you are giving your recipient a digital Mastercard, which can be spent in many of the UK's leading online and high street stores

Your order will be sent to you instantly after payment confirmation. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen issues or events outside our control (for example; an interruption to or failure of computer equipment). Please allow up to 2 hours for such exceptional circumstances.

You can buy up to 100 cards per order up to a maximum limit of £2,200 if you are a personal buyer and up to £10,000 if you are a business buyer. Each card can be loaded with any value from £20 up to £750.

You will receive a purchase confirmation email from love2hop-contactless@highstreetvouchers.com which will contain all of the handy details relating to your purchase. Keep this information safe to manage your past and future orders. Your purchase will appear as CG-highstreetvouchers on your bank statement. The Gift Receiver will be given a personalised message and a link for them to activate the Love2shop Contactless Gift Card online. Following activation, the Love2shop Contactless Gift Card can be used online and in-store at selected retailers. The Gift Receiver can then add the activated Love2shop Contactless Gift Card to the mobile wallet.

There are 3 ways for you to send the Love2shop Contactless Gift Card to the Gift Receiver

1. Depending on the device, use Send Now to share your gift card immediately by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger.
2. You can choose a date up to 12 months in advance to schedule the delivery of the Love2shop Contactless Gift Card.
3. Use Print at Home to print within minutes at your home or office printer.

If the Gift Receiver has not received their Love2shop Contactless Gift Card you can simply pop over to your purchase confirmation email and follow the link to your card delivery centre. From the delivery centre you will be able to resend your Love2shop Contactless Gift Card. There are 2 expiry timeframes to keep in mind.

1. The digital Gift Token is valid for 18 months from purchase.
2. The Gift Receiver will have a further 18 months from when the digital Gift Token is converted into a Prepaid Mastercard®.
3. The expiry date is detailed on the front of the Love2shop Contactless Gift Card.

Yes, we accept payments from 30+ countries. You cannot buy a Love2shop Contactless Gift Card for people living outside of the UK. The Love2shop Contactless Gift Card can only be used to pay for goods or services in the UK, at a select range of retail brands.

Yes, the Love2shop Contactless Gift Card can be used online or in-store by adding to a mobile wallet. The Love2shop Gift Card is a plastic gift card.

You are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided the Love2shop Contactless Gift Card has not been activated by the recipient. Please contact Love2shop Contactless Support

The Love2shop Contactless Gift Card is the UK's first multi-brand digital gift card that can be added to a mobile wallet in just a few steps.

Using your mobile wallet is secure, and it works with the devices you use every day. Simply open your wallet on your mobile phone and select Enter Card Details Manually. Alternatively, you can add to your wallet at a later date, by clicking on View Card Details option within the gift notification email you received when your card was activated.

Once activated by the Gift Receiver, the Love2shop Contactless Gift Card will have 18 months before expiry. The expiry date is shown on the front of the card.

The method of payment will depend on the individual retail brand. Please check their website for payment details before attempting a purchase. The balance doesn’t need to be redeemed all in one go! You can spend all or part of your balance in-store and online. Depending on the retailer, you could spend it in a similar way within certain retail apps.

If you're yet to receive your Love2shop Contactless Gift Card, please check your Junk folder. Alternatively, you could ask the Gifter to send you the personalised link that can be found in their purchase confirmation email. If there still is a problem, please contact Love2shop Contactless Support and we will be happy to help.

You have 2 options when you have received your gift notification:

1. Save for later - We'll send you an email with a personalised link to your Love2shop Contactless Gift Card for you to use at any time.
2. Activate and spend - Follow our online activation process to register the Love2shop Contactless Gift Card to your valid UK mobile number. We will then text you a security code for you to verify your card activation.
3. If you no longer have your gift notification, please contact Love2shop Contactless Support and we will be happy to help.

All refunds are processed by the retail brand according to their refund policy.
