Physical Gift Cards and Vouchers
Sometimes purchases don't work out, we know that.
If you would like a refund on any physical gift card or voucher bought from highstreetvouchers.com please contact us within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery of the orders.
Returns will be refunded to the debit/credit card that was used for the purchase. Refunds are issued as quickly as possible, which is likely to be up to 5 working days from when we receive the item.
We recommend any returns are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery as we cannot be held responsible if they are lost in the post.
Digital Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards
When you place an order for a digital gift card/e-Gift Card you consent to it being supplied immediately, this being the supply of digital content within your 14 day cancellation period, and you acknowledge that your right to cancel (and therefore your right to a refund) will be immediately lost.
