Please note that we cannot deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays for any delivery option.
Our free delivery option is ideal for people trying to send gifts without incurring extra postage costs. It can take up to 7 working days to receive items sent with our free delivery service and it is fulfilled by TNT.
If you have not received your item after 7 working days from when you placed your order please contact our customer care team on 0845 717 1111.
Royal Mail 1st Class (£1.00)
Items sent with Royal mail 1st class can take up to 5 working days to be delivered.
If you are still waiting for your order to be delivered after 5 working days then get in touch with our customer care team on 0845 717 1111.
DX Standard Secure (£3.50)
It can take up to 3 working days to have your order delivered if you have chosen DX Standard Secure as your delivery method.
Please contact our customer care team on 0845 717 1111 and they will be happy to help you if you have not received your item within 3 working days.
DX Next Day Secure
Next day delivery through DX Next Day Secure is guaranteed next day on orders confirmed by 2pm Monday to Thursday.
If your DX Next Day Secure delivery has not arrived on time then contact our customer care team on 0845 717 1111 and they will be happy to help.
Royal Mail Next Day Special
Any orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday should arrive the following day.
If your Royal Mail Next Day Special delivery has not arrived when expected then get in touch with our customer care team on 0845 717 1111 and they will help resolve any delivery problems that you have.
Track your order
1. When you have placed an order you will receive an order acknowledgment email with a payment reference.
2. When your order is accepted you will receive an order acceptance email
advising that your order has been despatched.
3. Your order should arrive according to the delivery option you selected
as detailed on your order acknowledgment and acceptance emails.
Once your order has been despatched you can track its progress. Click the delivery option you selected for your order and enter your delivery reference number.
