Expired Love2shop gift vouchers
For security reasons, Love2shop gift vouchers have an expiry date which equates to a minimum of 12 months validity.
If your Love2shop gift vouchers have past their expiration date then will exchange them for new Love2shop vouchers provided that they are still within 6 months of the expiry date shown at the top of the gift voucher.
Unfortunately if your Love2shop gift vouchers have exceeded their expiration date by more than 6 months then we are unable to offer any exchanges.
If your expired vouchers fit this criteria then complete the Expired Voucher Returns form and return to the enclosed address with a cheque or postal order for the stipulated amount.
