Q. Do High Street Gift Vouchers have an expiry date?
A.
For security reasons, Love2shop - The High Street Gift Voucher does have an expiry date, which equates to a minimum of 18 months validity.

Q. Can I spend my High Street Gift Vouchers in the Republic of Ireland?
A.
High Street Gift Vouchers cannot be spent in the Republic of Ireland as the currency there is Euro and the vouchers are in Pounds Sterling.

Q. Can I buy High Street Gift Vouchers in any retail stores?

No, this service is not currently available. You can only purchase these on this website.

Q. Will I receive change from High Street Gift Vouchers I spend in stores?
A. No. Change will not be given if the value of your purchase is less than the value of the vouchers you are spending.

Q. I have tried to order using my debit and credit card and neither work. Why could this be?
A. Please check that the name and address on the order are the same name and address as the registered card holder. If not, then the card will not be accepted.

Q. How do I order extra voucher wallets?

Q. Will I receive a VAT receipt?
A. Yes, this will arrive with your vouchers.

Q. I can't enter my address. Why might this be?
A. If you are having difficulty entering your address please call Customer Care on

Q. Why won't the system take my payment?

Q. I didn't get a confirmation email for my order. Why not?

Q. I have lost or damaged my vouchers can you replace them?
A. We cannot replace lost or stolen vouchers. We may be able to issue replacement vouchers if they have been damaged, as long as the serial number is still visible. Please call Customer Care on 0845 717 1111 to discuss how to obtain replacement vouchers.
