Virgin Experience Days - Ski or Snowboard Taster
The Virgin Experience Days Ski or Snowboard taster gives you the chance to experience a day on the slopes where you can learn the basics of skiing and snowboarding or master the skills you've already picked up.
A great experience day for beginners and experts, you will be able to ski or snowboard at your own pace.
Choose from a group ski or snowboard lesson on real snow indoors, and feel the adrenalin rush of speeding down the slopes.

What happens on the day
You can choose whether a group ski or snowboarding lesson is for you and then take to the slopes one of the indoor ski runs around the country.
Need to know
- Minimum age is 16 years.
- This Virgin Experience Day is not suitable for those who are pregnant or suffer from serious back problems. If there is anything you think may prevent you from taking part you must seek medical advice.
- We suggest you wear warm comfortable clothing.
- You should expect to be at the venue for approximately 2 and a half hours in total. The actual ski or snowboard lesson is 1 hour and you are requested to arrive approximately 45 minutes before your lesson time to get changed and fitted with equipment.
- Selected days throughout the week, subject to availability.
- We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance for dates between October and April and at least two weeks in advance for dates between May and September.
- The weather will not affect the experience, as all the venues are state of the art, real snow indoor facilities.
- Spectators are welcome and there is a viewing area to the slope and cafe.
