What happens on the day
When you arrive for your Relaxation Day Experience the facilities and services available to you will be explained, together with the treatments included in your day. The format of the Relaxation Day will vary at each location but typically you can spend about 6-8 hours there.
Please be aware that you will be sharing the facilities with other guests which may include families with children.

- Participants should be of reasonable health and fitness to enjoy all the facilities on offer
- Not all venues are available 7 days a week
- Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy
- Treatments at some venues are 30 mins each which will include customer changing time
