Delivery options
We use Royal Mail and DX Secure for gift voucher and gift card orders.
We highly recommend that you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery or DX Secure options as these services are fully insured & tracked.

Alternative Delivery Address
When placing orders up to the value of £175, you can choose to have the it sent directly to the recipient. This includes the free personalised gift wallet.
To choose an alternative delivery address, simply select the option at the checkout when placing your order.

Orders placed by Secure Mail Services will require the recipient's signature upon delivery. Redelivery will be re-arranged if undelivered at the first attempt.
If you are ordering using DX Secure, then for Next day Delivery, your order must be confirmed (2nd Email received) by 2pm (Mon-Thur) and will arrive between the hours of 8am & 6pm. Please note that we cannot deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays for any delivery option.
DX Secure is not available for PO Boxes and the following postcodes - AB1, GY1-9, HS1-9, IM1-9, IV4-28, IV40-56, IV63, JE1-4, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH20-50 & ZE1-3.
Track your order
1. When you have placed an order you will receive an order acknowledgment email with a payment reference.
2. When your order is accepted you will receive an order acceptance email
advising that your order has been despatched (This must be before 2pm to
qualify for Next Day Delivery).
3. Your order should arrive according to the delivery option you selected
as detailed on your order acknowledgment and acceptance emails.
Once your order has been despatched you can track its progress. Click the delivery option you selected for your order and enter your delivery reference number.

Secure delivery
The security of your order is priority. Because of this we offer a range of insured delivery options through Royal Mail and DX Secure. By selecting a secure delivery option it means that should your vouchers be lost or stolen they will be replaced at no cost to you.
We advise customers to select from the secure delivery options as if you opted for 1st Class post we cannot be held liable for their non-delivery/replacement.
