We us Royal Mail and DX Secure for all Gift Voucher and Gift Card orders.
We highly recommend that you choose Royal Mail Special Delivery or DX Secure options as these services are fully insured & tracked.

Royal Mail Delivery - Track Order
- 1st Class* - £1.00 (Max order value £30) - up to 5 working days
- Special Delivery** - £4.95 (Orders between £10 - £500)
- Special Delivery** - £6.00 (Orders between £500.01 - £1000)
- Special Delivery** - £7.50 (Orders between £1000.01 - £2500)
*If you opted to have your vouchers delivered by 1st Class post we cannot be held liable for their non-delivery/replacement.
**On Confirmed Orders (2nd Email received) processed before 2pm, for next day delivery before 1pm
DX Secure - Track Order
- Standard Secure (£10-£100) - £2.95#
- Mandatory Signature (£101-£500) - £3.95#
- Mandatory Signature (£501-£1,000) - £4.95#
- Mandatory Signature (£1,001-£2,500) - £6.45#
# Orders placed by Secure Mail Services will require a signature and redelivery will be re-arranged if undelivered at the first attempt.
If you are ordering using DX Secure, then for Next day Delivery, your order must be confirmed (2nd Email received) by 2pm (Mon-Fri) and will arrive between the hours of 8am & 6pm. Please note that we cannot deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays for any delivery option.
DX Secure is not available for the following postcodes - AB1, GY1-9, HS1-9, IM1-9, IV4-28, IV40-56, IV63, JE1-4, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-78, PH20-50 & ZE1-3
Virgin Experience Days
Orders for Virgin Experience Days products will be passed to Virgin Experience Days who will process the order. These can only be sent out by Royal Mail First Class.
Flowers, Gifts and Chocolates
Our additional range of flowers, gifts and chocolates are handled by a third party provider, with next working day delivery included in the price. Next working day is described as follows:
- Orders received Monday-Thursday will be delivered the following day.
- Orders for non-perishable gifts received on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday
- Orders for perishable gifts (eg flowers and fruit) on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday for delivery on the Tuesday to ensure maximum freshness and longevity.
- Deliveries to the remote Scottish Highlands and Islands can take 2-3 days.
- 'Standard' Delivery is for UK mainland addresses only.
Please note that our maximum order value is £2,500 per order.
